In Lagos, I paid ₦22K for a haircut, says media personality Eni Adeoluwa

Eni Adeoluwa, a well-known media figure, has admitted that he spends ₦22,000 at a barbershop in Lagos to get his haircut.
After learning that he could pay the same amount for home service from another salon, Eni disclosed this in a tweet uploaded via his Twitter account.
Eni wrote, lamenting the luxury he may have had with ₦22k at the other salon.
“My salon charges 22K walk-ins for my haircut, and I just found out I could have been getting that for home service in another place. I’m crying!😭
Anyway sha, they used to give us biscuit and tea when we cut our hair, maybe it’s the food that makes me go back there.😅”
Others online, however, didn’t buy it at all, claiming that he was lying about paying 22k for a haircut and that prices for haircuts are too high no matter where the salon is located.
Eni responded to the criticism by saying that since he also gets his hair coloured there, the fee covers more than just a haircut.
“Wait o! You guys, I dye my hair when I go to the salon, so it’s not just the cutting; to be fair, that’s the relative price they charge for it. I’m just saying I could have been getting that at home instead of going to the salon😭,” he wrote in a follow-up tweet.
